Designer Insight

Designer Insight

  • We love this in a soft, aged leather like our Stadler Toffee to contrast the more modern style
  • It’s a larger piece, but the tall visible legs make it a good option if you want a bigger chair in a smaller space
  • Regular maintenance will help your upholstery look its best and prolong its life. Flip seat and back cushions. Vacuum fabric with a soft brush attachment. (Do not use a brush on our Duke fabrics.) Dust leather with a clean, dry cloth.

The online shopping experience was surprisingly easy and efficient!
I love the Chicago chairs I had made for my home. They are large enough to curl up in, but not too large where they don't fit comfortably in an open space - they don't overpower the room.

I love how firm, yet "cushiony" they are; they absolutely feel soft and plush but hold their shape very well. When I get up, I don't have to do any fluffing in order for them to look like they hadn't been sat in. Yet, while I'm in them, I feel comfort and support.

I find myself dozing off in the chairs, and as a six-foot-tall person, I definitely have no problem laying my head back and using the back cushion for support; although when sitting completely upright, the back of my head is not touching the cushion.

I really love the chairs and find them to be extremely comfortable. Highly recommended!!
