Shopping for furniture can overwhelm anyone—it's a big investment and there are waaaay too many choices out there. Our approach is to curate our selection. Instead of offering everything under the sun, we only sell items we'd want our closest friends to buy.

How a piece of furniture feels when you sit in it is just as important as how it looks. So how do you know if something will be comfortable when you can’t test it out in person? We created a four-factor comfort system so you can instantly tell if something is going to feel good to you—virtually.

The key to loving your new piece of furniture is to buy something that works perfectly with the way you live. Have sofa-jumping kids, shed-heavy pets, or a square-footage-challenged space? We have performance fabrics, durable finishes, and style solutions made just for you.
Transparent Pricing
Many furniture stores mark up their prices, then constantly have sales to make you think you’re getting a bargain. Not us. We keep our prices as low as possible from the very start. How? We purchase directly from manufacturers, keep our overhead low by selling online, and focus mostly on made-to-order furniture (meaning there’s no pricey inventory forcing us to raise prices).

A Worry-Free Experience
We hate unpleasant surprises, so we’ve done everything we can to make sure you don’t have any. We think you'll love your new piece of furniture, but if for any reason you don't, we accept returns of new condition furniture within 30 days. No questions asked.

Your furniture is made to your exact specifications.
Items ship for free in about 16 to 20 weeks (not our typical timeline, but Covid safety precautions have caused delays) and most are delivered into your home with white-glove treatment.
Our Flexible Return Policy
Non-furniture items can be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 365 days with return shipping to be paid by the customer.
You can return furniture items in new condition within 30 days.
Furniture items will be charged a 20% restocking fee that can be applied one time to another purchase of the same type of item and furniture return shipping is paid for by The Stated Home
